Alex lindamood- M.ed, BCBA, LBA, & owner

Meet the Co-Founder of Building Bridges Behavioral Services (BBBS), Alexander Lindamood, M.ed, BCBA, LBA. Alex is committed to helping neurodivergent learners overcome the challenges of childhood, adolescence,, and young adulthood. Alex has been in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA) since 2016. He started his journey working with severely affected young people as a registered behavior technician (RBT). Alex found this work to be deeply moving and incredibly useful for his young clients and their families.

As his career progressed Alex pivoted to working with children, adolescents, and young adults. It was during this time Alex found his clinical niche and took a deep dive into the science-backed approaches that could benefit this population and their families. While on this path Alex worked at several clinics, for some time as a director of social skills, conducting social skills groups, social-emotional wellness groups, yoga classes and community outings. After these experiences, it became clear that the best way to serve the community was to open the door to his own clinic, mentor others passionate about this work, and collaborate with others in the process.

In his private life, Alex is a committed husband and father of two young girls. Alex spends time outdoors with his family, cooking healthy plant-based food, exercising, practicing yoga, and continuing his education.
